If you have some empty place around your house (around your compound only; nor neighbor’s) and you want to make good use of it, just plan fro some good Home Garden.
Home garden is not just for people with a big lawn in front of their house. If you have space around your house, and a heart kind enough to help existence of plants in this polluted world, then you are eligible enough to be a plant owner.
Since you can’t grow an Apple Orchard within the little place you have, plan for something small but pleasant.
I recommend growing Rose plants; because they grow well even in difficult conditions and blossom almost incessantly from frost to summer.
