For most of the people in the world, wedding day is a special day which they will cherish through out their life. Specially girls take the maximum care of themselves to look beautiful and stay healthy. But, the fact is that, in one day a person cannot become fit and have good health. Some girls, suddenly start doing over exercises to look slim. But, over exercise should not be done as it may lead to other severe problems. Just try to loose weight slighter than you are so that you look good in gown better than previous. For this, in advance or few days before the wedding, you should follow some instructions to look and achieve fitness for the special day.
Having a healthy diet, is the most useful tip that can make a bride look younger, slim and beautiful. Here are the few diet tips for brides:
  • Try to take lots of water daily so that your skin will be re hydrated and looks like toned.
  • Don't give up all your favorite dishes, but just take little amount and slightly reduce the levels of taking.
  • Don't eat foods containing high calories such as nuts, creams, ice creams etc., which may result in increased weight.
  • Avoid sugar items like sweets, drinking coffee, tea, soft drinks, etc.
  • Daily walk for 2 to 3 miles or else join a gym.
  • Take high amount of vitamin 'c' items.
  • Eat fruits with green veggies so that you will get less calories.
  • Always eat nutritional diet.
  • Eat lots of water-based items.
By following few of these tips, you can make sure that your body remains in right structure and you stay fit.
